nesso helps you find what's happening in your city, get off your phone, and into the room.
What nesso is
nesso is an events platform built around curators: the local hosts, collectives and small businesses who run the dance classes, supper clubs, markets, parties and workshops that make a city feel like a community. We give them a home for their events and a fair way to sell tickets, and we give everyone else one place to find them.
We think the best nights out come from people, not algorithms. So instead of an endless feed, nesso shows you events from the curators near you, and lets you follow the ones whose taste matches yours.
How it works
- Attendees browse events near them, RSVP to free events or buy tickets, and keep their pass or ticket in the app.
- Curators list events, take RSVPs or approve requests, sell tickets for a 3% platform fee paid by the buyer, and check guests in at the door.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and paid straight to the curator's own Stripe account.

nesso is operated by Nesso LLC, based in Baltimore, Maryland. We started with events in the Baltimore and Washington, DC area.
