By using nesso, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. nesso is operated by Nesso LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
nesso is a platform for discovering and attending local events. You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant nesso a license to display it within the platform. You may not post illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
nesso facilitates connections between event organizers and attendees. We are not responsible for the conduct of events, venues, or other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
When you RSVP to an event, you can choose to give us your mobile number and tick a box agreeing to receive texts from nesso. If you do, we will text you about events you RSVP to: your RSVP confirmation, whether a request to join was approved, and changes to the event such as a new time or location. We do not send marketing texts.
How we handle your number is covered in our Privacy Policy. We never share or sell it for marketing.
We may update these terms. Continued use of nesso after changes constitutes acceptance.
